Existing plans: modify any existing plan

Have you seen some design you like, but would like to move the bedroom downstairs, add whirlpool tub, put on a porch, or add windows skylights or cathedral ceilings? No Problem! Bring your plans to us--or select one of our thousands of existing plans--and we can make your ideas fit into the design.

We "CAD" design anything

Bay State Custom Homes uses Computer Aided Design (CAD) to modify or create plans for your custom home. Any design that can be imagined can be designed, allowing you to have the best-engineered and most-creative plans for your custom home.

Founded in 1994, Bay State was entirely capitalized through stockholder funding and currently holds a debt-free position with untouched lines of credit. Bay State is licensed in the state of Maryland and has built and remodeled homes throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
